Tranzonic Companies hires Bruch as distribution center manager
The Tranzonic Companies recently hired Scott D. Bruch as distribution manager at the national manufacturing firm’s West Knoxville facility.
Based in Cleveland, Ohio, The Tranzonic Companies has been in business for more than 90 years and manufactures wiping cloths; personal hygiene products; textiles; washroom supplies and accessories; wiping and cleaning supplies; and safety products. The Knoxville facility, located off Hardin Valley Road, is the largest manufacturing and distribution site for The Tranzonic Companies.
“Scott has a wealth of experience from top-tier companies and brands,” said Brian Rhoades, vice president of operations in Knoxville. “As we pursue a better way every day, he will put that expertise to work as he helps to lead our distribution process. Scott is an excellent addition to the team at Tranzonic.”
Bruch has nearly 20 years of experience in managing logistics and operations. Prior to joining Tranzonic, he held positions at Amazon in Campbellsville, Kentucky, and in Lebanon and Charleston in Tennessee. As area and operations manager at Amazon.com, he supported productivity, staffing levels, safety compliance, process improvement and a customer-centric vision. Bruch also served as operations manager at Kenco and Frito-Lay Inc. in Knoxville and as logistics manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises in Fort Myers, Florida.
Bruch earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business management from Fort Lauderdale College/Florida Metropolitan University. He lives in Maryville with his wife, Stephanie, and daughters Kelsie and Jillian and enjoys spending time with family, watching sports and hiking.
