The Trust Company of Tennessee has hired Joanna Gager as a marketing coordinator, based in the firm’s Knoxville office.

Gager earned a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary humanities at Michigan State University in 2000. She moved to Knoxville in 2005 and previously held C-suite support specialist positions with Discovery and Scripps Networks Interactive, where she coordinated large-scale events, provided administrative support to senior leaders and managed corporate communications.
Gager enjoys spending time with her husband, Jack; children, Evelyn and Drake; and golden retriever, Paisley. Additionally, she likes cheering on her alma mater’s football team, reading and watching cooking shows.
