The Trust Company of Tennessee has hired Taryn Higgins as a trust operations specialist, based in the firm’s Knoxville office.

Higgins earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Appalachian State University. She previously served as a new customer implementation coordinator for McKesson Corporation in Irving, Texas, a wholesaler for health care supplies, and a team leader at Chewy.com, an online pet store known for outstanding customer service.
She and her fiancée, Cole, live with their kittens, Ruby and Pearl, and nine pet land snails. She enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures such as skydiving, singing and knitting.
