Champagnes from Dom Perignon, Veuve Clicquot and Moet & Chandon are the highlight of a blind tasting event at THE TENNESSEAN Hotel & Residences on Thursday, May 10.
“Sip, Savor and Surmise” event guests will enjoy a Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial cocktail followed by blind tastings of these champagnes:
- Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label
- Chandon Etoile Brut Sparkling
- Moet Brut Imperial NV
- Veuve Clicquot Vintage Brut 2008
- Moet Vintage Blanc 2009
- Dom Perignon 2009
One-hour tasting flights are available at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the hotel, which is located at 531 Henley St., and will be held in one of the hotel’s luxury, upper-bracket residences with a stunning view of downtown Knoxville, World’s Fair Park and the University of Tennessee.

One guest making the most correct guesses during each blind tasting flight will win a gift bag, including a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne.
