Brady Terechenok

Brady Terechenok has joined The Christman Company as a virtual construction specialist in the construction management and real estate development firm’s office in Knoxville, Tennessee.
“Brady will create digital models of buildings and sites that allow the project team and client to fully visualize the project before it even begins,” said Marty Gibbs, senior vice president and general manager for The Christman Company’s operations in Knoxville. “Brady will be a great addition to our team at The Christman Company.”
Terechenok will use Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to help manage the planning, visualization and computer modeling of projects with contractors, architects and clients. BIM, created in concert with architectural partners, provides cost-saving opportunities early in the process and can prevent change orders late in the construction process that can escalate costs.
He previously worked as an construction management intern, including assistant project engineer experience, for The Christman Company’s Central Michigan region. Terechenok also served as a mechanical engineering intern for Integrated Design Solutions in Troy, Michigan.
Terechenok graduated from Michigan State University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in construction management.
