Katherin Zekendorf has joined The Christman Company as a project manager in the construction management and real estate development firm’s office in Knoxville, Tennessee.
“Katherin brings a wealth of experience in construction project management, budget analysis, strategic planning and team communications to her new role,” said Marty Gibbs, senior vice president and general manager for The Christman Company’s operations in Knoxville. “She will be a great addition to our team and an asset for our clients.”
Before joining the Christman Company, Zekendorf managed complex projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential and historical renovations. She has overseen projects such as the modernization of a city hall and the development of a 217-unit affordable housing complex in Asheville, North Carolina.
Zekendorf earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) in Barquisimeto, Venezuela.
