Shaun Fulco, who joined Moxley Carmichael in 2007, became one of the owners of the company in 2022 and has more than 30 years of managerial and accounting experience. As CFO, Shaun directs all financial aspects of the business, including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, financial strategy and monitoring of financial performance. In 2016, the Knoxville chapter of Financial Executives International and the Greater Knoxville Business Journal selected Shaun as small business CFO of the Year.

Before joining Moxley Carmichael, Shaun held the position of CFO for Space Walk Interactive LLC, a New Orleans-based company with worldwide manufacturing facilities and more than 200 branch stores across the United States. During Shaun’s tenure as CFO, the company doubled its number of stores while posting record-breaking growth in sales and revenue consistently each year. Shaun led an on-site staff of 45 employees and 200 branch managers.

Prior to that, Shaun spent 11 years in the banking industry and was the youngest woman to be named a vice president at the age of 24. She is a graduate of The University of New Orleans.

Shaun is active in the community and serves on the board of directors for YWCA Knoxville. She also serves on several YWCA committees to help launch new programs and promote events. Shaun is committed to the YWCA’s mission, especially empowering women and helping them recover from domestic violence. She was a 2012 YWCA Tribute to Women honoree, which recognizes women for outstanding achievements. She is a graduate of the 2019 Leadership Sevier class.

Shaun enjoys the splendor of East Tennessee and spending time with her family and friends when not at work. Shaun sings and is a lover of all things musical. Her son Jacob is married with a family, and she most loves being “Grammy” to grandson Grayson. Her three spoiled fur babies, Sugar, Millie and Lola, keep her busy at home.
