To celebrate summer, Sweet P’s Barbeque is giving customers the opportunity to feed five people for only $35 with a Summer BBQ Meal Deal.
The option is available for carry-out only at both the Downtown Dive, 410 W. Jackson Ave., and Soul House, 3725 Maryville Pike. It includes pulled chicken, pulled pork, slaw, potato salad, buns, sauce and paper products. Limit three per order. No substitutions.
The Sweet P’s Barbeque locations also have several events slated for the month of June, including:
Wednesday, June 8; 6:30 p.m.; Soul House, 3725 Maryville Pike: The free Songwriters in the Soul House series features Americana singer Stephen Simmons with hosts, husband-wife rockers Tim and Susan Lee.
Wednesday, June 22; 5-9 p.m.; Downtown Dive, 410 W. Jackson Ave.: “Taste and Toast” will support the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley, and $5 of every meal will be donated to the clubs. The menu features a Thai spinach and cashew salad topped with smoked sesame tuna and a wasabi grit cake along with green papaya, fresh herbs and lemongrass vinaigrette. The meal is paired with a Lagunitas beer.
