KSO Chamber Classics ‘Beethoven Begins’ to feature violinists

The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra will continue the Sheena McCall Chamber Classics Series with “Beethoven Begins on” Sunday, Jan. 26, at 2:30 p.m. at the Bijou Theatre. Tickets start at just $15 and can be purchased here.

The performance will be conducted by KSO Music Director Aram Demirjian and will feature KSO violinists Zofia Glashauser and Ruth Bacon and the KSO Principal String Quartet. The program includes Beethoven’s String Quartet, Op. 18, No. 6; Romance No. 1 & 2 for Violin and Orchestra; and Symphony No. 1.

A shuttle is available to and from the State Street Garage one hour before and after the concert. Tickets are $15-$35 and may be purchased at the door, by calling 865-291-3310 or by visiting www.knoxvillesymphony.com.
