Knoxville Jazz Orchestra announces dynamic lineup with 2022-23 season tickets on sale now
World-class jazz talent will perform for Knoxville audiences during the 2022-23 season of the Knoxville Jazz Orchestra Big Band Concert Series. Performers include Grammy Award winner John Beasley, Tony Award recipient and multiple Grammy winner Dee Dee Bridgewater, along with Victor Provost, Eric Reed and some of the city’s finest musicians and artists.
Season tickets are available starting Monday, May 16, and include five concerts for $195.50 with four at the Bijou Theatre and one at the Tennessee Theatre. Subscribers also will receive a 10% discount over single ticket pricing and have preferred seating accommodations.

Conductor, arranger and pianist John Beasley marked the centennial of Charlie ‘Bird’ Parker’s birth by reimagining some of Parker’s music for big band with string orchestra. The program also will feature Charles McPherson, one of the most celebrated alto saxophonists working in jazz today.
