Highway Transport launches enhanced MyHighway Customer Portal

May 6, 2021

TempTrack™ provides customers access to real-time cargo location and temperature

Highway Transport has launched the enhanced MyHighway Customer Portal to provide expansive functionality, including live updates on cargo location and temperature 24 hours a day through TempTrack™.

The portal, which is now available to all Highway Transport customers, is a one-stop digital storehouse of past and present load activity, important documents and other useful information that shippers need.

The system is linked to the specialty chemical transportation company’s TempTrack™ feed, which provides real-time updates on load location and cargo temperature for temperature-sensitive loads.  TempTrack™ is solar powered and automatically transmits data from the tank to the MyHighway Customer Portal every 15 minutes.

The MyHighway Customer Portal has a robust infrastructure to retrieve vital details and documents, including bill of lading, delivery receipts and invoices. Customers also can view, download, print and email documents and logs straight from the portal.
