[title]

Medicare Open Enrollment ends Dec. 7, and for seniors and their family members and caregivers, understanding the various Medicare parts can be daunting and confusing. A variety of businesses and organizations offer advice during open enrollment, but most are affiliated with specific insurance companies, and therefore, do not always provide objective advice.

The Elder Advocates team of senior care experts will present a free seminar on Sunday, Nov. 17, at 1 p.m. to explain what each part of Medicare (A, B, C, D) provides and which actions may be taken during open enrollment. The Elder Advocates staff is not affiliated with any insurance providers, and no sales representatives will be present at the seminar.

Those planning to attend may reserve seats by calling 865-247-0321 or by email to [email protected]. If the first seminar fills, a second session will be added later the same afternoon.

Free seminar details:
1 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 17.
Elder Advocates office, 2620 Mineral Springs Ave., in North Knoxville.
