Lacey Hayes, director of marketing and communications for Caris Healthcare, has been appointed by the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE) to its 2018 Board of Examiners.

As a member of the board, Hayes will review and evaluate applications for the TNCPE Award Program, which recognizes local, state and regional organizations that demonstrate excellence in business operations and results. Hayes’ selection was made by the TNCPE board of directors.
“Lacey’s selection to serve in a leadership role on the TNCPE Board of Examiners is to be applauded,” Caris Healthcare President and CEO Paul Saylor said. “She is committed to high-quality hospice care and the recognition of excellence among all organizations.”
The examiners also use expertise developed during TNCPE training and assessments at their own jobs, which benefits and improves workplaces from within and drives organizational excellence in Tennessee.
The TNCPE Board of Examiners comprises regional experts from all sectors, including health care, service, nonprofit, manufacturing, education and government. Members complete training in the Baldrige Excellence FrameworkTM, a nationally recognized approach to performance as a unified whole that evaluates leadership; strategy; customers; measurement, analysis and knowledge management; workforce; operations; and results.
