As part of its numerous lifestyle choices for older adults, Asbury Place in Maryville has officially opened the Alpine House, an innovative assisted living memory care residence that blends the setting of a traditional home with dedicated 24-hour staff and a culture of care focused on independence and personal choice.
The Alpine House offers beautiful kitchen, dining and living room spaces, on-site salon and spa, private suites and a secure environment that provides supportive assistance and health services around the clock.
“Asbury Place provides memory care assisted living with an independent spirit,” Asbury Place regional sales director Kim Golly said. “The addition of the Alpine House is part of our mission to make Asbury Place even more welcoming and accommodating. Residents can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with family and friends in the indoor and outdoor spaces. The staff is certified in dementia care and also can assist residents with daily tasks.”
The new construction is part of an $18.5 million expansion on the campus to add 44 memory care assisted living suites in the Alpine and Beech houses and 22 long-term care suites in the recently opened Chestnut House.
“We are continually updating our environments and models of care so that residents have the freedom to enjoy life in their own way,” Golly said. “Asbury Place is the first community in the state to implement this innovative model of care, and we look forward to helping residents make Alpine House their home.”
