Kingsport’s only continuing care retirement community to host open houses
Deciding where to live is often one of the most daunting decisions retirement-age individuals and couples must make. Asbury Place Baysmont, Kingsport’s only continuing care retirement community, is working to make that decision a little easier by hosting open houses on Thursday, May 14, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., and Thursday, May 21, 4-7 p.m., at 100 Netherland Lane.
“We hope that many seniors will take advantage of this unique opportunity to ‘test drive’ the lifestyle and residences of Asbury Place,” said Sandra Brown, Asbury Place Kingsport executive director. “We offer luxurious independent living for the present with access to everything needed for peace of mind about the future.”
With amenities such as a spa; fitness center featuring a person-centered wellness program for health, fitness, and successful aging; restaurant-style dining three times daily; biweekly housekeeping; a convenient sundries shop and walking trails, the community hopes that those taking a tour will have an easier time deciding to make Asbury Place Baysmont their new home.
“Stop by on May 14 or 21 to tour our apartment homes, explore our luxurious amenities, and enjoy food and drinks prepared by our chef,” said Brown. “As an added incentive, through the month of May, we are offering discounts up to $23,000. There’s no better time to make your move.”
Space is limited. Visit http://www.asburyplace.org/test-before-event or call 423-245-0360 to make a reservation.
