Moxley Carmichael gladly supports the Knoxville Area Urban League’s goal of equal opportunity for all.

The Knoxville Area Urban League is an affiliate of the National Urban League, the nation's oldest and largest community-based movement devoted to empowering African-Americans and other underserved individuals to enter the economic and social mainstream.

Each year, the Knoxville Area Urban League holds an Equal Opportunity Gala, the organization’s biggest fundraiser. Since obtaining Moxley Carmichael’s assistance, these events have achieved record-breaking attendance.
