SANTA “CLAWS” IS COMING TO TOWN
As you get your holiday shopping list together, don’t forget that your pet can be included in the fun. One of the most unique gifts and keepsakes of the season is a photo of your pet on Santa’s lap.
Young-Williams Animal Center is once again sponsoring “Santa Claws” photos with your pet and the jolly red one. Photographers from Interesting Developments studio and experienced animal handlers will help you get that perfect holiday shot of your furry friend.
Photo sessions are scheduled at Young-Williams Animal Center on:
- Thursday, Nov. 20 (6-8 p.m.): Sittings are available by appointment only. Call 215-6662 to schedule.
- Saturday, Dec. 6, and Sunday, Dec. 7 (1-4 p.m.): No appointment is necessary.
Photo sessions are scheduled at Agri Feed Pet Supply at 5716 Middlebrook Pike on:
- Saturday, Nov. 22, and Sunday, Nov. 23 (1-4 p.m.): No appointment is necessary.
These sessions are a good opportunity to get ahead of the shopping season and have plenty of time to include the photos in your holiday cards.
Proceeds from the Santa pet photos benefit the Young-Williams Animal Center, the official shelter for Knoxville and Knox County.
The Young-Williams Animal Center is conveniently located just off Sutherland Avenue at the entrance to John Tarleton Park at 3201 Division St. in Knoxville. The center is 8/10th of a mile from the intersection of Kingston Pike and Neyland Drive/Concord Street and offers animals for adoption Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.–7 p.m., Saturday, 11 a.m.–5 p.m., and Sunday, 1-5 p.m.
